Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timeframes below apply from the moment your order leaves our studio.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Estimated delivery timeframes:

• Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide): 3–5 business days
• Regional areas: 5–7 business days

We ship via Sendle, and you'll receive a delivery estimate once your parcel is picked up. Track your parcel 24/7 through Sendle.

Delivery Instructions

We recommend including clear, concise delivery instructions with your order (under 40 characters). If you won't be available to sign for your parcel, please grant authority to leave and nominate a safe location.

If no instructions are provided and no one is available to sign, the courier will attempt redelivery or drop the parcel at a nearby collection point (such as a newsagency).

Notifications & Tracking

You'll receive an email notification once your parcel has been scanned as delivered. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact Sendle directly for assistance.
